preparation of a good pizza
Ingredients
Mass ENGLISH METRIC
· 250 g flour 8.8 ounces
· Salt 3 g 0.1 ounces
· Water 125 cc 7.62 cubic inches
· Oil 25 cc 1.52 cubic inches
· Yeast 10 g 0.35 ounces
Filling
· Tomato sauce 7.62 125cc cubic inches
· Mozzarella 250 g 8.8 ounces
. Fresh tomatoes · 2
· Salt
· 1 clove garlic
· Parsley 15 g 0.52 ounces
· Green olives 10
· Olive oil 20 cc 1.22 cubic inches
Procedure
Mass
Place the flour with the salt on the counter.
Make a hole in the center to form a crown.
Place in a bowl of warm water along with oil and yeast, stir to dissolve yeast and pour over the center of the crown.
Start gradually integrated to form the loaf, knead for 7 minutes on floured counter. cover cake with plastic wrap and let rest 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough and place on floured plate.
Filling
Top with the sauce, leaving a border of 1 cm.
Distribute the chopped mozzarella and bring the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove and cover with sliced tomatoes.
Salt, sprinkle garlic and parsley, and drizzle with olive insert a thread of olive oil.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Remove, cut and file away.
